Teavoya aims to solve this pain point—we delve into major tea-producing regions worldwide to understand the flavor characteristics of each origin, then use professional blending techniques to perfectly combine teas from different regions, allowing caterers to obtain rich, stable-flavored, and suitable-for-mass-brewing commercial teas without self-exploration.
Our Approach
Good tea isn't achieved by a single tea garden alone. Teavoya's team personally visits Taiwan's high-mountain tea regions, Kyoto Uji in Japan, and the Ceylon regions of Sri Lanka, mastering the aroma, body, and brew-durability of teas from each origin. Back in Taiwan, we repeatedly test blending ratios of teas from different regions, making adjustments for catering conditions (large pot brewing, quick serving, suitability for cold brew, etc.) to ensure every tea performs optimally in a real business environment.
