Japanese Kyoto Matcha Powder (Unsweetened) 100g/pack
From Kyoto, the Home of Matcha
The Uji region of Kyoto is the birthplace of Japanese matcha, having nurtured the finest tea plantations and tea-making craftsmanship for centuries. Our tea leaves come from the Kyoto production area, inheriting the traditional cultivation and processing techniques of Uji tea. From the tea plantation to your cup, quality is strictly controlled every step of the way.
Shaded Cultivation, Locking in Freshness
Approximately 20 days before harvesting, the tea plants are covered with shading nets to reduce sunlight exposure. This significantly increases the L-Theanine content in the tea leaves, reducing bitterness and enhancing sweetness. This is the secret behind the natural "umami" flavor found in high-quality matcha.
400-Mesh Ultra-Fine Grinding
Our matcha powder is ground to 400 mesh (approximately 38 microns), a fineness far exceeding that of common green tea powders on the market. What does this mean? It means a completely smooth mouthfeel without any grittiness, and a dense, fine foam when whisked. When making lattes, it dissolves quickly and won't sink or clump at the bottom. The 400-mesh ultra-fine powder ensures a uniformly smooth matcha flavor with every sip, rather than a coarse, powdery sensation.

Matcha Latte
Take 2-3g of matcha powder, dissolve it in a small amount of hot water first (to prevent clumping), then add 150-200ml of warm milk. The mellow taste of matcha perfectly blends with milk, and it's delicious even without sugar.
Iced Matcha
Take 2g of matcha powder, dissolve it in a small amount of hot water, pour it into a cup filled with ice, and add cold water or cold milk. This is the best choice to beat the summer heat.
Tip: It is recommended to use a bamboo whisk for a more even and delicate foam, which greatly enhances the taste.
